2. Processing for orders
To process your order, we process the email address and the profile link or username you provide. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe; payment data (e.g. card details) is processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our own servers. We pass the profile link or username you provide to our fulfillment partner CheapestSMMPanels to carry out the order. We also use your email address to automatically send an order confirmation via our delivery provider Resend. We retain this data only as long as necessary to process your order or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law).
3. Hosting & region detection
This website is hosted with Vercel Inc. When you visit the site, your IP address is briefly evaluated to automatically suggest a language and currency (Germany/Austria, Switzerland, or international). Your IP address is not permanently stored for this purpose. You can change the suggested region manually at any time via the region switcher; your choice is then stored in a functional cookie.
4. Live chat
We use Tawk.to as the provider for the live chat on this website. When you open the chat window, your browser loads content from Tawk.to, which may set its own cookies or local storage to recognize your conversation.
5. Web analytics (Google Analytics)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited; Google LLC where data is transferred to the US) to statistically evaluate the use of this website, e.g. page views and visitor origin. The related analytics code only loads after you select "Accept all" in the cookie banner — no Google Analytics cookie is set without that consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by resetting your cookie choice via your browser.
