Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders of social media marketing services (including followers, likes, comments for Instagram and TikTok) placed through this website, regardless of whether payment is made in EUR or CHF.

2. Formation of contract

A contract for the selected service is formed once payment is completed via our payment provider Stripe.

3. Service description

The provider delivers the ordered amount of engagement (followers, likes or comments) to the public profile or post specified by the customer. Exact delivery speed and distribution may vary depending on platform and load.

4. Withdrawal for digital services

Customers residing in Switzerland generally have no statutory right of withdrawal as there is no legal basis for one under Swiss law. Customers residing in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As these are digital services whose execution starts shortly after payment, customers explicitly confirm via a separate checkbox during checkout that execution should start immediately and that their right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.

5. Liability & platform terms of service

Customers use the offered services at their own responsibility. The provider notes that purchasing engagement may conflict with the terms of service of the relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and, in a commercial context, may carry competition-law risks (e.g. under the Swiss Unfair Competition Act or comparable EU law).

6. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on location. Payment is made in full in advance via the payment methods offered on the website, processed through Stripe.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, except where mandatory consumer protection rules at the customer's place of residence provide otherwise. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat in Switzerland.
